Spring is here again shoppers, and you know what that means? It’s time for San Joaquin Delta College’s Semi-Annual Art & Gift Fair hosted by Delta College’s Fashion Program! Get your shopping bags ready because on Tuesday and Wednesday, March 4th and 5Th from 9am-2pm, Danner Hall on the Delta College campus will be filled with many wonderful artisans, selling amazing products. This event not only helps raise support for the Fashion program students, but it also it supports local and non-local vendors.

The semi-annul Art & Gift Fair features incredible handcrafted and one of a kind items such as fine, semi-precious, and vintage jewelry, handmade scarves, beautiful handbags and other eye-catching accessories. And, that’s not all: the fair also includes beautifully handcrafted soaps, lovely lotions, wonderful smelling candles and fragrances.

One of the more interesting vendors returning is Magic Senses, a company started by locals Michael and Betty Miller. This pair of artisans hand makes glycerin soaps and lotions, crafted with quality and love. Another vendor everyone enjoys is Wristy Business started by Marsha Gonsalves. She crafts stylish jewelry from vintage silverware. Her product line consists of necklaces fashioned out of spoon handles, rings crafted out of forks, and gorgeous jewel embroidered bracelets. Favorite vendors include Muriel Scarlotta with her cash-and-carry Tupperware, Raquel McFarland of All Tangled accessories, Minnie and Myrna’s Pomegranate Jam, Sam and Betty’s Sterling Silver Jewelry, Karyn Kambur’s handbags by StyleKade and customizable jewelry by JewelKade, Miche bags, Nokaoi Hawaiian jewelry and lotions and Origami Owl Jewelry.

This event has something for everybody ranging from exclusive home décor products to spectacular skin care products and so much more. The Art & Gift Fair is free and open to the public. We are located at 5151 Pacific Ave, San Joaquin Delta College; Danner Hall, in Stockton CA. Parking is $2 at the yellow meter.
